Manufactured Home Warranty
All of our homes come with the following Manufactured Home Warranty
At Sabine Home Center, we take pride in the quality of our homes, which are constructed to meet or exceed the stringent requirements set forth by the HUD Code for manufactured home construction. This commitment to quality means that whether you select a single-wide, double-wide, or triple-wide manufactured home you can rest assured that your investment is built to last. Our adherence to HUD Code standards not only reflects our dedication to craftsmanship but also forms the foundation of our standard manufacturer’s warranty, which is designed to ensure the durability and longevity of your new home. We encourage you to thoroughly review the terms of your warranty to any coverage exclusions that may apply when you make the important decision to purchase your new home.
Our one-year standard manufacturer’s warranty is specifically designed to cover any defects that may arise within the first year of ownership, particularly those that could potentially lead to structural or safety issues. This warranty encompasses flaws resulting from the home-building process. We guarantee that your newly constructed home has been built to meet or exceed all relevant governmental requirements. This ensures that the structure, plumbing, heating, electrical systems, and all appliances and equipment installed by the manufacturer are free from manufacturing.
The warranty period typically commences on the date of the original retail delivery or the date of first occupancy. If the home is intended for commercial use, the extension is for a full year from that date. It's important to note that once any warranties have expired, we continue to offer service to our customers at a discounted rate. To take advantage of this coverage, simply ensure to report any cosmetic issues, such as minor scuffs, nicks, or trim damage resulting from flaws within the first 30 days following your move-in date. Furthermore, if you seek additional peace of mind, extended warranties can be purchased at the time you acquire your new home, providing you with further protection assurance.
